Under multiple contracts with Defense Information System Agency (DISA) at Hill AFB, UT; Denver, CO; Chambersburg, PA and Mechanicsburg, PA; NexOne provides 24 x 7 x 365 full spectrum IT support. These services range from help desk level 2/3 and network support to database and systems administration. The work is performed to a geographically-dispersed customer base supporting 170,000 potential MIAP users worldwide. Our highly-skilled and experienced team of engineers, administrators, and technicians provide the following services to our DISA customers: Systems administration for Windows, UNIX, HP-UX, Solaris, Linux, and IBM Mainframe servers, Oracle and MS SQL Server database administration, ESM-driven help desk support, and data center facilities engineering.
