Customer Satisfaction System

NexOne has developed and implemented an ISO 9001:2008 certified quality management system. Referred to as the Customer Satisfaction System (CSS), it is dedicated to satisfying all customer requirements, assuring quality of products and services, improving process and business management, and ensuring the success of the company.

The CSS is applicable to developing, managing, and enhancing information technology, logistics, engineering, technical support, and all related activities to these services. As a strategic plan, the following Quality Policy has been instituted:
